Mom Strength Club – Central Park

Baby-friendly outdoor strength workouts for moms through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. If you’ve been looking for something more structured than a typical stroller workout and more supportive than doing it alone, this is for you.

You’ll get coached full-body strength exercises, mobility, and thoughtful modifications that meet you where you are. Every class is designed to help you build strength safely and confidently, with low-impact options and progressions for every stage.

Babies are welcome — stroller, carrier, blanket, or mat 👶 Class size is kept small so each mom gets coaching, form checks, and support throughout class.
